Exchanges policy (only in the USA)
Shoes don’t fit exactly as expected? We encourage exchanging them for a different size. Unused products with the original packaging and tags can be exchanged up to 1 month from purchase. Upon satisfactory quality inspection of the product shipped to us we will send you a new pair of the desired size. We wont charge you for shipping the new pair to you.
Returns policy (only in the USA)
Unused products with the original packaging and tags can be returned for a full refund within 2 weeks of receiving them. We will refund the full amount upon satisfactory quality inspection of the returned product.
You can initiate the return by emailing support@fairytaleflats.com and providing your order number any other details that will help us. Please mention the reason you need to return the item since this will help us improve our service.
Our support staff will follow up within 2 business days. We always try to meet this commitment, however in the busy season there could some delay. Please bear with us since we are a small team.
You can ship the item back to us within 2 weeks of initiating the request. You will receive and email from us when we have issued a full refund or store credit.
